Anthony Goodwin has been with us since January 2007. He now has a 17-2 record in Mixed Martial Arts and holds a Black Belt in the No Joke Fighting Systems.  Anthony has competed internationally and holds muliple titles in Mixed Martial Arts. When he is not busy training, he is one of our lead instructors.  He teaches Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, and Grappling in both the children's and adult classes.
